This may include photographs that contain faces or other biometric-adjacent visual data. This User Content is transmitted to Third-Party AI Services in order to generate the video content requested by You. Specifically: • Text prompts and aspect ratio preferences are sent to Google Veo (operated by Google) for text-to-video generation. • Photographs and text prompts are sent to Kling (operated by Kuaishou Technology) for image-to-video generation. We do not permanently store User Content on our servers. User Content is transmitted to the applicable Third-Party AI Service for processing and is not retained by Us after the generation is complete. ⸻ Generated Content The videos generated by the Service may be temporarily processed or cached to allow You to view, download, or share them within the Application. Unless otherwise stated, generated content is not permanently stored on our servers. ⸻ Usage Data Usage Data may be collected automatically when using the Service. Your data is used only for the purpose of generating Your video and is not used by Us or, to Our knowledge, by these providers for AI model training. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. ⸻ Face Data and Photographs The Application does not use facial recognition technology, does not extract facial geometry or biometric identifiers, and does not build facial profiles. When You choose to upload a photograph for image-to-video generation, that photograph (which may contain faces) is: • Sent to Kling (by Kuaishou Technology) for the sole purpose of generating a video based on the selected effect or prompt. • Not analyzed or processed by the Application itself for facial features. • Not stored by the Company. The photograph is transmitted to the Third-Party AI Service and is not retained on our servers after processing. • Not used for facial recognition, identification, or any purpose other than video generation. The Company does not collect, store, or share face data.
